what's the media tagger for?
The media tagger is used for tagging images as well as videos, give it a go and it should explain itself.
can it be randomize or do you have to do it manually?
Tagging has to be done by hand, but it's optional. I would highly encourage tagging at least 20 images but it's not mandatory.
